Independence Day Fave Party Snack Ideas

Fourth of July is right around the corner and that means it’s time to pull out the grill and start getting ready for those holiday parties! If you’re anything like me, you’re wracking your brain trying to think of some fun snack ideas to whip together.

In cases like this, Pinterest saves lives.

While I could go with my normal cookie brownies (delicious but what I ultimately usually decide to bake), I think it’ll be fun to mix things up and doing something a little more themed! Below are a few of the snack ideas that I found and links to their recipes.

Writing With Lipstick shares multiple items for a Fourth of July menu, but my favorite from her list has got to be the Star-Shaped Berry Hand Pies. Not only do they look fruity and delicious, but they’re so in the spirit of the holiday!

Gimme Some Oven has got the right mindset. She shares how to make a Sparkling Red, White, and Blue Sangria. Hand me the white wine and champagne – I’m ready to put these cocktails together!

Thank you, Crafted Sparrow, for reminding me about one of my favorite things – fruit dessert pizzas! These are so easy to make and a lot of fun as well. Turning it into an Independence Day-themed dessert just seems perfect!

Two Sisters Crafting shares another delicious item for your Fourth of July party dreams! Grab some bananas from the store, because you’ll want to have these red, white, and blue frozen bananas on your menu. (Btw, if you’re ever in Austin, make sure to stop by Bananarchy).

Not a fan of desserts? These firecracker hotdogs are way too cutePopsugar shares how to put these together in a video. Maybe you won’t get to grill them, but they should be just as delicious – maybe even more so!
